To facilitate the best possible end result, we identify your carpet fiber type such as Nylon, Olefin, Poly, Fiber or a natural fiber. Then we'll use the cleaning method designed for your carpet. All of our cleaning agents used are non-toxic and safe for your home and family. CTM Carpet Care uses the water extraction process, called Steam Clean. This process consist of putting a cleaning agent into the carpet pile and using extraction to recover the used solution and soil. This method is recommended by Shaw Industries.
Dry cleaning is another method we use. This process consist of applying a solvent onto the carpet, then using a host machine with two rotating heads that lift the fibers and then extract the soil from the carpet. Using this method decreases drying time. We use exclusive cleaning products, procedures and equipment to assure the highest level of cleaning performance.
