Comments: Tondra does an outstanding job of keeping you informed of the scheduled work.

I have used them twice already - for carpet repair and stretching, and carpet cleaning. They are

a senior citizens discount. I was completely pleased with the service and the professionalism of Daphne

Comments: Fabulous work! I found Charles and his team to be exceptional. They were amiable and

disarmingly friendly people. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. In each aspect of the

job they demonstrated that they are: efficient workers; flexible ( I added to the work not scheduled

and they did it with a smile); professional with strong attention to detail; honest ( they showed me the

the materials that they would be using and showed the results on completion). And their price was an

unmatched value for money. I have already scheduled them again to clean carpet at another home we

own. I will be adding C.T. M. to my list for carpet cleaning, carpet repair and auto carpet cleaning. Again

Um, Wow. Please use this service. Charles came to do stretching the day after Stanley

Steamer had cleaned the carpets.

He could tell they had just been steamed and asked me if it was Stanley because

they looked terrible.

He said he could get all of the stains out and he did for me on the spot for a reasonable price.

I will use CTM for all carpets needs moving forward and highly recommend that you do so as well In fact Home Advisor just got bumped WAY up on my list for connecting me to CTM

Outstanding job!!! I was very pleased with the job of stretching my carpet. They were honest and professional. I wish I knew they did carpet cleaning before I hired someone else as I could have had the stretching done in one day as opposed to two days.

Will know next time. Charles and Isaiah were outstanding and knew exactly what to do to fix my issues. Pointed out other problem areas also. Would highly recommend you!!!
